2-to-1 Partner Coaching

Train with a partner — same coaching standard, shared energy. Ideal if you want structure and accountability, but you’ll show up more consistently when you’ve got someone in it with you.

Is 1-to-1 or 2-to-1 best?

We decide that through a quick chat. If you want the most individual focus, go 1-to-1. If you want shared accountability and still want proper coaching, 2-to-1 is a powerful option.

Either way: mobility first, strength built properly, and a plan that fits real life.

Do I need boxing experience?
No. PT is coached from the ground up — boxing, strength and mobility are built around your ability.
How many sessions per week do I need?
Most people begin with 1–2 sessions per week. We prioritise consistency and sustainability first.
Can I train with a partner?
Yes — 2–1 coaching works well for friends or couples who want accountability while keeping things affordable.
What if I’ve had injuries or feel stiff?
That’s common. PT is movement-led and adjusted to you. We rebuild joint control, strength and confidence gradually.
