Our boxing conditioning classes in Durham are built for adults (18+) who want coached group training without sparring. Every session includes movement preparation, structured bag work and progressive strength training.

This is a coaching environment for adults (18+). We keep it structured, focused and welcoming — so beginners can learn fast and regulars keep progressing.

Some blocks also include outdoor sessions 🌲 (weather and programming dependent).

No. Group sessions focus on bag work, conditioning, strength and movement quality — not contact sparring.
How long are sessions?
Up to 60 minutes, fully coached — including movement prep, structured training and a proper reset.
Is it pay-as-you-go?
No. Group Training runs on structured monthly memberships so you stay consistent and actually progress.
What if I’m unfit or feel stiff?
That’s exactly why people join. We focus on mobility first, then build strength and conditioning properly.
