A fitness program that seamlessly blends functional movement, bodyweight strength training, and mobility exercises with the dynamic intensity of boxing drills. Perfect for all fitness levels, this class not only promises a full-body workout but also enhances strength, agility, and endurance.
Class Structure:

Warm-Up: To start, kick off with a series of boxing drills designed to elevate your heart rate while priming your muscles for the workout ahead. These drills not only focus on improving coordination but also boost speed and reflexes, ensuring you’re fully prepared for the main workout.

Main Workout: Next, engage in a high-energy, circuit-based workout centred around formats such as an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) and mixture of boxing drills with bodyweight exercises and good old circuit type training thrown in. The workouts comprises 6-8 exercises, each strategically targeting different muscle groups. Moreover, the circuits incorporates functional movements alongside bodyweight exercises, providing a comprehensive approach to fitness.
Cool-Down: Finally, conclude with another round of boxing drills, followed by a series of stretches. This phase is crucial, as it helps to improve flexibility and aids in muscle recovery, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and ready for your next session.

Schedule: Every Monday & Wednesday, 06.00am AND every Tuesday & Thursdays 18.00PM. (We have now started our Spring boot camps April 28/29th but you can still join in on those now and pay as you go – spaces are available – 2 session minimum – see booking links below)
