  • Main Workout: Next, engage in a high-energy, circuit-based workout centred around an AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible) format. The workout comprises 4-5 exercises, each strategically targeting different muscle groups. Moreover, the circuit incorporates functional movements alongside bodyweight exercises, providing a comprehensive approach to fitness. Throughout this segment, you will complete as many rounds of the circuit as possible within a specified time frame, constantly pushing your limits to maximise results and track your progress effectively.

Cool-Down: Finally, conclude with another round of boxing drills, followed by a series of stretches. This phase is crucial, as it helps to improve flexibility and aids in muscle recovery, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and ready for your next session.
